    Amongst significant legislation of Richard’s reign you could have included passing a law against benevolences, ie: members of the nobility raising taxes without recourse to Parliament. Ironically, I believe it came in useful for the Tudors as Henry VIII cited it as one weapon against Wolsey.

      Thank you very much, Mr. Revell, for your feedback and also for adding the important achievement by King Richard III. He in his short reign successfully started a fierce campaign against ‘benevolence’ and revealed it as the justice bending destabilizer for a state.
